Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which INFOSAGA SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED processes refunds and cancellations for IT services purchased through infosagatech.com.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order under the following conditions:

Before work begins: Full refund if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment and before any work has commenced.
After work has started: Partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed. A minimum 20% of the order value will be retained for administrative and planning costs.
After delivery: No cancellation or refund is available once the deliverables have been provided and accepted by the client.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:

Service not delivered within the agreed timeline (with no valid reason communicated).
Service delivered is materially different from the agreed specifications.
Technical issues preventing service delivery that cannot be resolved.
Duplicate payment processed.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email care@infosagatech.com with your order ID and reason for refund. Our team will review the request within 2 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method (UPI).

5. Refund Timelines

Refund request review: 2 business days
Refund processing (if approved): 5-7 business days
Bank settlement: 2-5 additional business days depending on your bank

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: Third-party license or domain registration fees paid on behalf of the client. Completed and accepted deliverables. Consulting hours already utilized. Micro services (under Rs. 1,000) once work has commenced.
